I can't download the catalogues and want to send inquiry to OPPEIN, what should I do ?

Firstly, if it is very slow to open the download page, or even can’t open it, you can send Email to marketing@oppeinhome.com, we will directly send you the latest catalogues of OPPEIN.

How long does it take to receive my cabinets after I place the order from OPPEIN?

Delivery time varies somewhat according to the different materials of cabinetry from OPPEIN.Usually, OPPEIN spends 3 to 6 weeks to produce and deliver after the order has been confirmed and acknowledged. For more details, you can inquire us by E-mail: marketing@oppeinhome.com.

How about the after service of your product?

Generally, customer often demands the QC to check our goods when we are going to ship. In case of the customer receives shipment and finds some quality problem, we will accept a claim if it is our responsibility.

If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, in the first instance contact the person who dealt with your initial requirements as they are best placed to put matters right as quickly as possible. If then you remain dissatisfied with the response, you may wish to make a formal complaint by e-mail to:  feedback@oppein.com 

If you make a formal complaint, please provide all relevant information to help us deal with the issue as quickly as possible. We will send you an acknowledgement of your complaint within five working days and will endeavor to provide a full response as soon as possible.

What materials do you usually use to manufacture kitchen countertop?

Most of OPPEIN kitchen countertops are made of quartz stone or solid surface that are produced by our own factory. And also we can manufacture the countertop as per the customers.

What are OPPEIN kitchen cabinets made of?

OPPEIN carcases are primarily made of imported A.M.F. and EGGER E1 grade 16mm particle board, ROBINA MDF, MATSON and Weyerhaeuser solid wood.

What's the quality of OPPEIN kitchen cabinets like?
